The link below is for our standard Subcontractor Information Form. This form is very important and must be completed by all subcontractors who would like to bid and work with Raeis Constructors LLC.

Please note that all Subcontractor Information Forms are placed on a shared drive within our database, viewable by all project team members and estimators.  After receiving your SIF, please understand that we will contact you when and if your company is matched to an upcoming project of interest.
 
Payment
Raeis Constructors requests that all subcontractors invoice using the standard AIA Application for payment: Forms G702 and G703. Please send all forms to accounting@raeis.us.
